Our ebooks are digital products. You get them right away by download, so we don't offer refunds or exchanges once your order is complete.

Problem with your download?

If your download link doesn't work, the file won't open, or you didn't receive your ebook, contact us at hello@everevolvingmarketing.com with your order number. Don't worry, we'll take care of it.

Bought it twice by mistake?

If you bought the same ebook twice by accident, email us within 3 business days (72 hours, not counting weekends and holidays) of your purchase and we'll refund the extra order. Refunds can take a few business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
